About us

Engagement, owned by the people doing the work.

JumpStreams exists to flip the script on workplace engagement — turning it from a top-down initiative into something every employee actively shapes.

Our story

Why we built JumpStreams

Across more than 30 years partnering with organisations of every shape and size, we've watched well-meaning engagement initiatives fall flat — over and over.

The pattern is almost always the same: engagement gets framed as something the organisation does toits people. Surveys go out, action plans come back, and the employee stays in the passenger seat.

We think that's the wrong model. Engagement is symbiotic. It works best when the person who stands to gain the most — the employee — is an active participant in shaping their own experience, alongside their employer.

JumpStreams delivers a framework for Employee-Owned Engagement — led by the people, supported by the organisation.

Why people work with us

In their words

"2023 was a nightmare of a year, and 2024 hadn't started any better. Until your workshop, I'd given up on this year being positive. I left feeling an overwhelming need to thank you — you've changed how 2024 is going to look and feel for me and my 12-year-old daughter."

"The programme was outstanding. I left knowing exactly what my next steps were and feeling positive about taking them. It wasn't even Friday yet and I'd already felt the benefit."
Program participant
"I've sat through plenty of workshops and usually find them airy-fairy. This one was different — practical, sharp, and I walked out with clear next steps."
Program participant
"Practical, actionable and concise. This program is excellent."
